Assist Tutor’s Key Stage 3 (KS3) Year 7 program is designed to support students in the transition from primary school to secondary education. Year 7 Mathematics

Year 7 Science

The Year 7 Science program introduces students to fundamental scientific concepts across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, laying the groundwork for deeper scientific understanding. The course includes:

• Biology: Exploring living organisms, including the structure and function of cells, basic plant and animal anatomy, and ecosystems.
• Chemistry: Introducing the properties of matter, basic elements and compounds, and changes of state. Students will also learn about the structure of the atom and simple chemical reactions.
• Physics: Understanding key principles such as forces, motion, energy, and basic electricity, along with practical skills in conducting simple experiments.
• Scientific Enquiry: Encouraging students to use the scientific method, make predictions, conduct experiments, and analyze results.

Year 7 English

Our Year 7 English tutoring focuses on developing strong language skills, comprehension, and writing abilities. The program covers:

• Reading Comprehension: Analyzing different text types, including stories, poems, and non-fiction, while identifying themes, characters, and literary techniques.
